Is NASA changing the colors of Mars?
Update for 4/15/4
Richard Hoagland and others have made the case that NASA has deliberately changed the colors of Mars so that the planet looks less habitable. The main contention is that Mars has been made to look extra red so that it will not look inviting to Earth humans. The sky on Mars should be blue just as it is on Earth, but most NASA pictures show the sky as red. Because of my awareness of this problem, I have been following any information that might lead to the truth of the matter.
Several days ago, I found a report on the net that spoke to this problem. The site was originally located at http://fire.prohosting.com/cleoger/marscolors, but this link is no longer active. I do not know why. I saved the pictures from this page and will recreate the page to the best of my abilities.
The first two pictures show exactly what I mean. The first picture is from NASA and shows a very red soil and something on it that looks very suspicious. This could be Martian life right here.

The next picture was processed by Keith Laney using the original data and mapping it to its correct colors. This picture looks much more natural to me than the first.

The next picture is a 3D creation by NASA of the same area.

The next picture is a picture of Mars taken from the Hubble Space Telescope. Richard Hoagland has posted a dozen different pictures of Mars taken from the Hubble and all show a different color scheme. Visit his site at www.enterprisemission.com for more information.

The next two pictures are from NASA. Do the colors look real to you?

The next two pictures are from the NASA news conference. Notice that the picture posted behind them shows the true colors and a nice blue sky. Why did they show the true colors here and not in the other pictures?

Two more pictures from NASA that don't have good color.

This next picture really tells the story. At the bottom left of this picture is an insert of the sundial on the rover as taken on Earth. Notice that the blue component is red in the picture from NASA that was taken on Mars.

The next picture apparently shows blue rocks on Mars. This is important because it is a marker for iron. The picture below shows similar rocks on Earth.

The final picture just had several links to it. I couldn't figure out how it was related to the rest of the story, but I'll include it here, just so you can see it.

And finally, here is a picture of Mars from the European Mars Express. Notice how nice the colors are in this picture. Maybe we'll get the truth from the Europeans.
