Land Insect
This particular "bug" appears to be a land insect to me.
However, "he" clearly has laid in
some
water
after his death. It is only my assumption that he was a land creature, as
the truth will have to await further exploration and experimentation.
We appear to have a shell with some amount of debris
attached. It is not know how much of this debris came from the bug, but it
appears at least some of the legs present came from this bug. At the top,
we can see what appears to be a hole marking a possible opening
for this creature when it was alive. Whether this is the front or back, I
don't know. This feature is more clearly seen in the close up to the
right.
