Battle with Texas Tech

Battle with Texas Tech University

For more than five years now, I have been trying to get an audience at Texas Tech University.  I have written to the Philosophy department, and they say that they no longer "do" the philosophy of space and time.  It makes me wonder what it is they actually do.

At this point in space and time, I have challenged Texas Tech University to defend the model of cosmology that they are now teaching.  I believe a model of cosmology that says that everything that ever existed came from nothing, only 12 billion years ago, is more a kin to a religion than a scientific model.  A single big bang would imply a finite cosmos and that can't be the case.

For more information, see Some Philosophical Observations on Cosmology (SPOC) or The Philosophy of Space and Time (PST).
